Going into my redline phase. 3 weeks 200 plus mile weeks. One of two things are going to happen. I will be really fit, or I will break apart. Keep ya all posted as if I am lossing body aparts or not.
The good news at this mileage I’ll be burning over 6000 cals a day, I get to eat what ever I want Yippy!!!
