I’ve been wearing a knee brace for my runners knee, but that won’t be very race-worthy. I heard that rock tape may be good for this type of application and is designed to stay on from swim through run. But I’ve never used it and don’t know …

Any suggestions on liquid intake in 3mi Run, 15 mi bike, 3mi run duathlon?
I assume consume most during the first half of the short bike but any suggestions would be appreciated?
