What are your New Year’s resolutions?
Did you keep last year’s? (I can’t find the Dec 2008 resolutions…)
Mine:
1. Stay consistent with yoga, stretching, and core work to keep my back healthy and avoid another injury and surgery.
2. Actually make it to the start line at IM Louisville this year.
