I cannot afford a new bike right now. I just got new peddles, a fit and a tune up – it cost almost $300 but I have been going for longer and longer distances and want to put clip on aero bars on my bike.

Does anyone have experience with these? What do I need to know about these? I also experience my left hand especially falling asleep and tingling when I ride…in fact today it is lasting into the evening. I don’t know what is causing this.
