Barry has kept the series great over the years and is now going to be able to race a bit more himself.

I got to race it back when Paul Karlsson owned the Peak even before it was named the Boulder Peak. ( Peak health care Governors cup) still have the old T shirts 1986 and the other is undated most likely 85 they even started me with the pro’s due to swim time back then. I must be getting old but I’m thankful that this sport and this series of races has helped to keep me and untold thousands of people fit throughout the years.

If you ever have a something nice to email to a race director do it the good ones really bust butt to make these great races safe and pleasant for us all.

Hopefully IM will continue the tradition of excellence.

Who else will be at the Peak next weekend? There are 85 in my age group alone 50-54 and all the fast old farts on wheels are going to be there kicking my butt:)
