stress

Message posted by: Clint A.

I am normally very good at dealing with stress, but this week is starting to take its toll on me. My first ever tri is on the 5th and I am not so worried about it but it is my first and I have still to do an open water swim. Hopefully I will at least attempt one tomorrow before packet pickup and registration. Adding to that I interviewed for a job with a different company last week and all of a sudden another position opened up at my current company that my boss wants me to interview for. And to make things a little more interesting I put in an offer on a house and it was accepted and the buyer I had lined up for my house backed out so I am scrambling to pack, clean, and try to show my house, and trying to train all while trying to spend as much time as possible with the family. Next week looks about the same as well as have my second tri on the 11th and will be hearing about the jobs and showing the house next week. I did have plans to ride ragbrai two weeks after that
, but I don’t think that is going to happen now.

The biggest thing that is getting to get to me is the pressure of writing a rr after this weekend. :-) Thanks for letting me rant.
