crazy hungry – ravenous

I’m ready to buy a pair of bike shoes and am confused. I’ve read that you should buy the exact size, a half-size smaller and also a half-size larger. I know that these shoes (like all others) vary according to manufacturer, but Damn!

train and lose weight?

My biggest struggle is losing weight, especially during a high-training season, like the summer. I’ve read many books about eating to train, but not about eating to lose.
I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on books, plans, or advice…because maybe i need to work on losing weight first …
