2009 Longmont Sprint Triathlon
Race Result
Swim: 525 yard (pool swim)
Bike: 12 mile
Run: 5k
Final: 1:16:25 (95/389)
Goals:
1. Improve run speed (did it, slightly)
2. Close the gap with top AG (did it, 15/30; previous race 21/24)
3. Further tune the details in my 2nd race (did it, better nutrition management)

should i race with my zipp wheels or use my power tap. i really haven’t been that good a watching my watts . and the zipps make my bike really look fast. i seriouly doubt whether either would make much difference . at least the zipps …
