This year my personnal goal is to compete in a Standard/Olympic Tri. The event will be held on June 14 so I currently have an 11 week training schedule lined up which starts on March 22ish. I’ve been riding a road bike for quite some time, completed 6 or so century rides and have been running 5 miles 3 times a week for the last 4 months; zero time in the water. I plan on contacting my local High Schools regarding open/lap swimming. My question is, what should my training schedule look like between now and March 22?? Distance and amount per week for Swim,Bike and run?? Thanks in advance for your input!!
