Hello all,
I am in the process of preparing for my second sprint triathlon this summer. My question is this; I am primarly a swimmer and swim 2000 yards a day. I have been following a training program which tells me what to do on which day. I had been still swimming the 2000 yards every mornig and then following my training program in the evneings (Running/biking).
However I feel like I might not be resting my body properly as my training program intensifies. Should I continue with my regular swim workout and my triathlon training program or should I back down my swim workout? I welcome any input.
