A strange Christmas Present.
I’m sure some of you guys will think this is a weird gift – but, I thought it was perfect. I got a nice selection of Powerbars and Detour Protein bars for Christmas this year – and I really needed them.
When I first started training, I used these as meal replacements actually – I would eat half of one as a little snack between breakfast and lunch, then eat the other half around 3. It would keep my metabolism cooking, give me some good nutrients, carbs, and proteins – and help make my after work training sessions nice and lively.
So, I’m excited to have about a 6 week supply of them – and I’m sure they will help me hit my goal of 210 by the end of January.
