Ok, so I biked last night with some fairly descent hills. I peddled my big butt off! No kidding, I pumped the bike as hard as it would go. It was shaking I was peddling so fast. All that and I pumped out 13 miles in 35:24. That being said, I don’t think I’m going to meet my 32:30 bike ride. I don’t think I can go ANY faster! It was a good workout, but I don’t think I can go faster. So, my new goal is 35:00 on the bike. Today, I just ran 1.6 miles on some pretty good inclines. I still haven’t swam yet. I’m going to try to get up early tomorrow. The thing is that I close at 10pm, do the 2nd workout, and it’s 12:00am before I leave here. I need sleep too! But I have some new goals for my times.

Total Time = 72 min. (including transition time of 1:30)
Gonna be hard, but I’m going to try! Mad props to everyone else for his/her progress! We are all kicking butt on this!!!!!!!!!
