Like the subject says, that’s how I feel right now. I can barely move today. I went and did some isolation lifts since I was giving the shoulders a break for a couple of weeks because of that sharp pain. After my isolation exercises I did another 1,000 meters in the pool. I did the 400 in around 8:30, then I did 3 sets of 200 meters. I did all this in 30 minutes, so I did cut 10 minutes off my total 1000 meter time yesterday, eventhough my stroke doesn’t feel much smoother. I then went and planned on running for 3 miles, well the legs weren’t there from the leg workout yesterday I guess. I did the first 1.5 in 15 minutes cause I walked .10, ran .4, walked .1, ran. 4, and walked .1 and ran .4. Then i had to take it to this elliptical machine thing, and managed to pump out another mile on it. I am spent today. I came home and had a good meal, and plan on going to bed early tonight and trying to hit it hard tomorrow again.
I did the math, and so far this week I have made it to Cadiz from Murray and on my way back. 1.25 miles of swimming, 5.5 miles of running/walking, and 30 miles of biking. So with 37 total miles, I’m on my way back and about to cross the Lake Barkley Bridge! haha. The things I think about when working out.
Happy Trails,
LJ
