2.5 Mile Run
I somehow managed to do that last night. The little voice in my head came back and pushed extra hard. Has anyone else noticed that when you are running, you feel great, and as soon as you stop, you’re sucking wind, all bent out of shape, and not feeling as great as you were before? Crazy. Anyway, I felt pretty good about it. Again, running 2.5 miles is a personal lifetime best. I’m pretty sure the longest I have ever run was 2.2 miles around the Murray Campus. Anyway, very exciting. Now I need to start working on that time for the 1.5 miles and get back in the habbit of adding the bike to it.
I did get up at 5:15 this morning. It sucked for about 5 minutes, but then I was good to go. I did my upper body workout while watching Sports Center. Good Stuff. Going to hit it hard tonight. I’m going to try my best to get to the pool on Wednesday with Scott.
