Yes, I did tell Pat that I was not going to do the tri – and yes it is because he told me that he wanted to do it by himself – I think he should – I have wanted him to work out for so long that it’s great that he is doing it now – You all must really be special to him for him to go through all this – I am still running and biking but I can’t do the swimming – too many other factors- sooooooooo – today is really a bummer day – I think I will just go biking and sulk – You all keep up the good work – your young and strong in mind and body – have fun with this – deb
